Stay in our comfortable and well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the premier condo complex on the island.

 

Paniolo Hale Condominiums are located on the west end of the island of Moloka'i, near the best surfing beach on the island and with easy access to other nearby pristine and uncrowded sandy beaches

 

Our 1900 square foot two story Condo includes a wrap-around screened lanai and features a garden view. We use it often as a second home so staying there has the cozy feeling of a family living space.  There are two queen beds and bathroom with shower upstairs and two double beds with tub/shower downstairs. There is also a futon on the lanai. There are fans in each room and a fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, range, microwave, blender, coffee maker and a variety of utensils/cookware/dishes. There is a new washer and dryer upstairs. We have cable TV service with TV and VCR in both bedrooms. We have a TV with DVD/VCR in the living room. If you have your computer, the unit has free internet access. This is a non-smoking unit.

The beach is a quick five minute walk down the parking lot lined with trees and flowers. Other beautiful secluded beaches are but minutes of easy hiking away. It is only 15 minutes from the charming town of Maunaloa, and a short drive to the historic Kalaupapa Peninsula, and the main small town of Kaunakakai.

Standard Rates 
  • Year round daily rate of $150/day (plus 11.57% Hawaii Transient Accomodation and General Excise taxes and $90 cleaning fee. Additional 4.5% credit card fee applies if you choose to pay by credit card - (see below ).
  • Please note: this is a non-smoking unit; guests are asked to refrain from smoking everywhere inside the condominium, including the lanai area. Mahalo!

Discount Rates:

Stay a week, seventh night is free

Monthly rate $3200 plus taxes and cleaning

Rental Terms:

30% deposit due on booking of your visit, remaining amount due 4 weeks prior to arrival on Molokai at which time we will provide you with key access and other information.

We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Credit card payments or electronic transfers can be made through PayPal. Credit card payments must include an additional 4.5% card processing fee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We will charge you $100 cancellation fee should you need to cancel your reservation. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.

Start up supplies such as toilet paper are provided as are bedding and towels. Information regarding key access, island information and other condo information will be provided when final payment is received and the check clears the bank.

Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be billed back to rental guests.
